For Children

Youth Programs

Weekly Storytime: Wednesdays at 10:30 AM we host storytime in the children's area of the library (sign will say closed, but come on in). All ages welcome! Our storytime program features stories, songs, rhymes, and dance, all of which encourage young children to develop listening and socialization skills, a love of books and reading, early development skills like small-motor development, as well as early literacy skills. This is also a great time for children and caregivers to spend quality time together.

Grab 'N Go Craft Bags: Pickup a new craft to do as a family every other week at the library! New crafts are available the second and last Tuesday of each month (subject to change), available by the front door. First-come, first-serve, while supplies last.

Wacky Wednesdays: All ages are welcome to join us at the library after school's early release every Wednesday at 1:30. We've got LEGOs, snacks, games, puzzles, and more. The library is open until 6:00 PM; children are welcome to stay as long as they'd like up until closing.

Movie Morning: Join us the third Saturday of each month at 10:30am for Movie Morning! We screen child appropriate movies on the big screen while you enjoy free movie snacks and drinks with the family.
